TO ORDER
- You may order by phone (419)841-9106 or FAX at
419-729-5696
- Please remit payment in full immediately after
placing an order.
- Hours for phone orders are: 9:00 to 9:00 Eastern
Standard Time.
- The more "lead -time" the better - please
place orders as soon as possible.

PAYMENT
- Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Visa or Mastercard.
- Orders paid by personal check will be shipped
after funds clear.

SHIPPING and HANDLING FEES
Continental U.S. Orders:
- Shipped insured, UPS
- Add $16.00 shipping/handling/insurance fee per
hat.
- Shipped Express Mail, UPS or Fed Ex if requested
- at additional cost .

Overseas Orders:
- Contact us for current rates.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
- All shipments are insured. If a package arrives
noticeably damaged refuse it and notify us immediately. We will
file a claim with the carrier. If you accept a damaged package you
must contact the carrier to resolve the situation.

RETURN POLICY
- Due to the nature of our business there are no returns. All Millinery is sewn to order. We purchase materials and spend our time for you. Go over your order with your Designer. We do not exchange your custom order nor return/exchange your order for a studio credit or Due Bill. Please be considerate of our time and purchases that go into every order per your request.
- Be assured, every attempt is made for a complete customer satisfaction.
- Alteration requests ---We will be more than happy to do any alterations to any piece. The customer shall pay for all shipping and all alterations, labor and materials used.
